Haider Lights is a lighting retail business based in Multan, Pakistan. We sell imported and decorative lighting products through our website and physical showroom. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.

Products and Pricing

All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen differences. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice, but any order already confirmed will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website or WhatsApp, it is considered a request to purchase. We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or email. An order is only finalized once we send you a confirmation message. In rare cases, we may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or there is a pricing error, and we will notify you and issue a full refund if any payment was made.

Payment

We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. For prepaid orders, payment must be completed before dispatch. We do not store your payment details on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

Product Warranty

Most of our lighting products do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design, is the property of Haider Lights. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our written permission.

Your Responsibilities

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (name, phone number, address). Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries, and re-shipping charges may apply. You are also responsible for ensuring that the product specifications (size, voltage, bulb type) are suitable for your needs before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Haider Lights is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or voltage fluctuations after the product has been delivered and accepted. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician for installation of all lighting fixtures. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed through third-party providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banking partners). We are not responsible for any issues caused by these third-party services, but we will assist you in resolving any payment or delivery disputes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
